Grow Your Business with Homeowner Requests
Pool Resurfacing Connect connects homeowners who are actively looking for help with licensed local pool resurfacing companies. If you want more pool resurfacing jobs in the Phoenix metro, we'd like to talk.
Why work with Pool Resurfacing Connect
Homeowners who request resurfacing quotes have already decided their pool needs attention and are actively looking for a company to do the work.
- Requests come from homeowners who filled out a form asking to be contacted about their project
- Each request goes to no more than 5 companies that serve the homeowner's ZIP code and the service they need
- You choose your service area and the types of jobs you want
- Simple pricing that's agreed up front, with a clear policy for invalid requests (wrong numbers, out-of-area, duplicates)
How lead pricing works
You see the job before you pay, and you only pay for the requests you choose to buy. Your first lead is free. After that there's no contract, no deposit and no monthly fee: keep a card on file and you're charged only when you buy a lead.
A homeowner submits a request
You get a text or app alert with the job type, city, ZIP code and the homeowner's description. Their name and phone number stay hidden until you buy.
Tap Buy or Pass
Buying charges that lead's price to the card on your business profile and unlocks the homeowner's contact details right away. There's no deposit to make. Passing costs nothing.
Up to 5 companies can buy each request
The homeowner asked to compare quotes, so a request is shared with no more than 5 companies. It stops selling after 5 buyers or 48 hours.
| Buyer | Price | Example: $40 lead |
|---|---|---|
| 1st | Full price | $40 |
| 2nd | 90% | $36 |
| 3rd | 81% | $32 |
| 4th | 73% | $29 |
| 5th | 66% | $26 |
Example only. Lead prices are set by job type and shown before you buy. The discount reflects that later buyers are competing with more companies.

Start receiving requests
Requests are delivered by text and email as they come in, with everything you need to follow up.
Limited availability: each request is shared with no more than 5 companies, so we work with a limited number of companies in each area.
What each request includes
Every request comes with the details you need to follow up quickly and quote accurately, so your team isn't starting from zero.
- The homeowner's first name, phone number and ZIP code (email when provided)
- The type of work they selected and any details they typed in
- The page they came from, which often tells you exactly what problem they're researching
- Confirmation that they agreed to be contacted about their request
Fast follow-up matters. A homeowner who just asked for help is expecting a call, so a prompt, clear response is the best first impression you can make.
Frequently asked questions
Are the requests shared with other companies?
Yes. Each homeowner request may be shared with up to 5 participating companies that serve the homeowner's ZIP code and the service they need, and in some areas it goes to fewer. Each company that receives a request pays a fee for it. Homeowners are told up front that up to 5 companies may contact them, so a prompt, professional follow-up and a clear written quote are how you stand out. See the Phoenix-area cities we cover.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract is required. We agree on pricing, your service area and the job types you want up front, in writing. You can pause deliveries when your schedule is full, such as during the spring rush, and you can stop at any time with notice. There are no sign-up fees to get started.
What if a request is bad?
We have a clear credit policy for invalid requests, such as wrong phone numbers, duplicates or homeowners outside your agreed service area. We'll go over exactly what qualifies before you receive your first request, and you can flag a bad one directly to us. The goal is that you only pay for real homeowners who asked to be contacted.
